Return & Refund Policy – Urbon Cloth



1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After 12 hours, your order enters production/processing and cannot be cancelled.

Note: Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled — instead, you may return them after delivery following the return process below.


2. Returns & Refunds

  • All products sold are final sale 

  • We offer exchange only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

To be eligible for a exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.

How to request a return:

  1. Email us at urboncloth@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange at our discretion.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days of approval, depending on payment processing times.


3. Return 

We offer Return only for:

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item received.

To request an return:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the issue.

  2. Return are subject to availability of the replacement item.

Exchange shipping may be arranged by us or must be borne by the customer — we’ll explain the process when we respond to your exchange request.


4. Exchange 

Only exchange when Items Damage or Defective  

  • Products with signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery.

  • Items not exchange without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

  • Products purchased during special sale or clearance events (if marked “final sale”).


5. Custom or Personalized Items

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or error in fulfillment.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective products).

  • For approved returns/exchanges, return shipping costs may be:

    • Reimbursed by Urbon Cloth (if our error), or

    • At customer’s expense (if return is due to defect confirmation and policy terms).
